  1. This store is operated by Arrow Studio, offering digital products for use in the FiveM platform (e.g. maps, vehicles, modifications).
  2. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

§2. Nature of Products and Services

  1. All products offered in this store are digital content, delivered automatically upon successful payment.
  2. Products are intended solely for use in FiveM and may require basic technical knowledge to install and use correctly.

§3. Refunds and Complaints

  1. According to Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and similar international laws), you lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the digital content is delivered with your prior consent.
  2. All purchases are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be accepted, under any circumstances.
  3. By purchasing, the customer agrees to immediate delivery of digital content and waives their right to a refund or return.
  4. In case of technical issues, please contact us via Discord.

§4. Licensing and Copyright

  1. All products are provided under a limited license – redistribution, resale, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  2. All content and modifications remain the intellectual property of the team Arrow Studio.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Where do I find my product after purchase?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with a download link for the purchased interior or vehicle. The link always contains the latest version.

2. How do I install the resources on my server?

Download the assets from the provided link https://portal.cfx.re/assets/granted-assets, unzip the .zip file, and install them on your FiveM server.

3. Are your assets available on other platforms?

No. All our content is designed exclusively for FiveM and is protected by the Cfx.re escrow system (.fxap format).

4. Protected Content

All files are encrypted by Cfx.re and ownership is validated via Tebex.

§5. Whitelisted License System

  1. Each product is bound to your Cfx.re account. Only server keys associated with your account can run the purchased content.
  2. If your server is not yet linked to your account, you must generate or purchase a license key via the Cfx.re Keymaster.
  3. Transferring a license to another account is possible:
    • Log in to Keymaster
    • Go to Purchased Assets
    • Click Transfer to another Cfx.re account
    • Enter the recipient's username – done!
